ZANSTAK sounds pretty cool. I could make more friends with all the tourists. We also might get a cooler skatepark with all the money that the town gets...I could show my new moves!!!!
Zanstak sounds really good. I think that it would help my family with all our money promblems. I believe that this project will make me happy again. It might sound greedy that I am happy by the amount of income I get, but I think it might make my family happy again, normal... I hope. I think that the Mayor has said serveral times that he is only in the best interest of the town, please remember everyone that he is trying to help us. I am not being selfish, I am also thinking of the bus owner, general store, youth work and Bonnie and Clyde. They are about to have a baby, and with my 'resteraunt'(pub) The environment will not be affected becuase the animals will be relocated.
i belive Zanake should start builing right now it is a great idead because, there would be more people and the town and that meand $$(money) for me (bus driver/bus comany guy) and other places in the town, there would be more torists for me so i can drive them around to place... and with all the torits there would be a lot of women in the town then i can finialy find a new wife that would make it 7, lets just hope she dosent meteristly get murded like all the other 6 women. And yes so that is why Zanzac should start building NOW!

Eva, that is only 3 people who would be affected for the bad, plus your silly cats. I realize that you love them but I think that the people in the community are alot more important than your cats. Think of clyde and bonnie, they have a little baby on the way and with my pub getting business they would get a rise in money and be able to supply there baby with food and things that young babies need.

Secondly, it is Zanstak they are one of the most successful companies in the world! Tourist would deffinately come. and please consider the odds 3 against me/my family, clyde and bonnie, general store clerk, bus driver, and all the businesses in town. Ok,I didnt try to change Dexter, he decided to hang out with that crowd, and the only reason why I am not protesting to his new crowd is becuase he is happy with them. Yes I realize that he doesnt get into fights and doesnt write D-rox on the side of buildings but i only pretend that he does around his friends so they dont leave him out. I am not blind I see them exculde him so I thought that if i pretended he got into trouble then he would be excepted. Secondly, if you can see the future, then what do you think will happen if Zanstak comes? Nothing will happen the Mayor has said that he is only thinking of the community... and you dont own that land the government does, you pay to stay on that land.

which brings me to another point. i am the oldest resident in this town and i really pains my to see it be torn apart by a company. This town is a small happy community and I'll admit that life isn't always a walk in the park but even hobo Joe who is probably the worst off is happy most of the time.
No, the government owns that land, as you can see now its up to the Mayor, if the Mayor says yes your house will be demolished becuase the government own most it. Ofcourse you bought it, but its just like when a airport needs another run way people have to leave there houses and the government gives them the money there house is worth. This is very similar of the whats happening here, you would leave and you would get money for how much your hosue is worth. And now its time for me to be selfish. I am not happy and I havnt been happy for a long time. Everyone in this town sees me as this slob, but I used to be different. Basically I lost my way and with this project I can get my life back on tracks and be a good husband to my wife and a role modle to my son. It pains me that my son is dissapointed in me, I want him to look up to me like he used to. I have to lie to my wife everyday about where I am going, she thinks I own a resteraunt. I will be a new and better man if this takes place. This will help everyone in this town but 3 people, I am sorry but sacrifices have to be made when such a big project comes along like Zanstak.

The caravan park is an experience. you can go almost anywhere and experience a hotel like place. but when you tell people that you went to majestic falls and camped right near the waterfall we had wildlife at the door every night and we could swim in the creek and go for a hike, it sounds interesting. as apposed to we went to a 5 star hotel next to a waterfall. yeah we had room service and a saw a couple of birds...
yes sacrifices do have to be made in life. but you cant just expect people to lie down and let big business men walk all over them i am going to fight for what i believe in until the day i die!!
For the last time, yes you own it but the government owns it aswell. And if you want to to compare your caravan park to a 5 star hotel then lets compare them. Your caravan park is run down and cat infested to say the least. It has not had one guest in 1 month and I doubt that it will get anymore anytime soon. But you are right about one thing the caravan park is an experience.. a terrible expeience. Who wants to go for a swim in a digusting creek? No one is majestic Falls if you havnt had a guest in 30 days. And i know that there are more then 3 people that are against this project, but there are only 3 people who are actually being dirrectly affected. The people in the lower town need this. The people who get up in the morning and run a business in the hope of getting at least 5 people in there store, or bus or pub. People who have familys that they need to provide for. This town is if filled with young people, old people, people of every race that make up our community, and its these people that need help.

Zanstak is a ridiculous idea. A five star resort in our tiny town, we will lose our main access to the falls. The people who say that it's going to help them that they need it to survive are being ridiculous you're not starving, you're not dying you're doing fine there are people in the world worse off then you there are millions of starving children in africa, the middle east and many other places people living in poverty, in one room houses and you're saying that you need this to feed your family, so what are you not feeding them at the moment? Plus isn't there enough deforestation going on in the world? Isn't it every 3 seconds a forest the size of a football stadium gets cut down, isn't that enough? Do we really need to cut down a bunch of our precious forest so a bunch of rich people can be comfortable and have a pretty view.
This resort is also going to influence the youth of our community to skip school more often then they do now! I personally don't want my daughter to have that opportunity shoved in her face. It's hard enough already to try and keep her in school!
Maybe instead of worrying about tourism and business we should try to figure out a better system to keep our children at school, after all they are our future.
Also Dennis you have never even been to my caravan park because you just assume that it is horrible but its not that bad sure its a bit shabby around the edges but its authentic camping experience.

Yes Izzy thats easy for you to say, you have a nice rich house. For godness sake no one knows what other people are going through. How dare you presume that I am fine, try raising a family when you barely get an income. Its about time people start the realize that there is another whole side of the park that will not be affected. Please realize, that yes we need to keep the enviornment safe, but is that our main priority? Or is our main prioitity the people's happiness. PLease just think of others, i know its hard seeing that you live in a manision Lizz but put yourself in the shoes of other people who need this.
Secondly, once again you just presume that the tourist will have a negative effect on your child, ever heard of good influences? Once again people have been swept by media and steotypes about teenagers to not even think that some teenagers are good. And one of those good teenagers could help your daughter and convince her to not to skip school. Also with all the new people in town, I think it would be hard for them to skip school if there are eye witnesses on the bus. They would report them to the police straight away. Please, some of us are going through so many problems and please just think of them.

There is no way Zanstak should come here, not only will it ruin the falls and take half the National Park, but many animals will have to be relocated. No one, especially not animals, want their homes taken away. It is a horrible crime.

I don't even understand why the Reverend agreed with this in the first place. There are many other ways to attract tourists to Majestic Falls instead of demolishing the town. And no its not the main priority that we keep the animals safe but if this ZANSTAK build near the falls there will be even less animals in this world than there already is. Just imagine waking up one day to not hear the birds sing in the morining and not see a living animal in site. I don't think anyone would like that. And alot of the animals here keep the creek and the forest clean. Imagine how dirt it would get if ZANSTAK built this Hotel. That would lead to even more extinction of the beautiful animals we have here. So here is a question i would like the people of this town to answer, do you want to be the cause of the extiction of our earth?

And how dare you even start to make a comment about my family when you suppiled my son with alcohol, he is a 16 year old boy honestly, and showing how much you care about him, you called me Dexter, no i am Dennis if you knew anything about my son, a good place to start would be knowing his name, it is Dexter.
Secondly summer, you didnt even say why you didnt want Zanstak you just said why i wanted Zanstak, not proving anything. You just wanted a confrontation. I am absolutly disgusted that no one is this town trusts our Mayor. He is a good man and thats i cant say that about all of you.
