The first
term Arts rotation for the Year 7’s has just been completed, and the Year 7
students who undertook the subject of Drama
demonstrated that they
were both committed and talented!
Through
their “Jump into Drama” unit, the
students were encouraged to think creatively, imaginatively and divergently….
to think outside the square in sequencing, developing and presenting their making of comic mime performances! The
students learnt how to work collaboratively, a precious and important skill to develop in the 21st century.
Whilst all
class results were pleasing, some students are to be especially congratulated
on excelling in their performance work and are applauded for their effective
use of dramatic skills.
